Camps & Clinics

If an individual is unable to attend an event/program for which he/she is registered, a refund may be requested up to 10 days prior to the event/program date. Refunds can only be issued for cancelations by Fox Soccer Academy. These requests should be made by email to info@foxsocceracademy.org.

Any camps or clinics that are hosted by third parties don't apply to refunds through Fox Soccer Academy. If you have signed up to any such camp or clinic, please get in touch with the hosting party.

1on1 & Group Training

All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the session will be fully refunded and rescheduled. All sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be charged in full.  We understand that things come up last minute but this will help establish a more consistent schedule and hold both coaches and players accountable for their attendance.

Cancellation on the day of the session: Session will be applied to the total number you have booked. No money will be refunded or carried over unless doctor’s note is presented.

Packages are valid for one year from purchase date. 
Cancellations/no shows: If a session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered an “early cancel” and session will not be deducted from package.

If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or the client is a “No show” session will be deducted from the package.
