THIS IS FSA
Fox Soccer Academy is a year-round program that provides soccer training with the basis of a 19-year professional soccer career, and now as a coach in the MLS, of our founder Christian Fuchs.
A Person-Centric Approach
We are a person-centric academy, but what does that mean? We aim to educate well-rounded players on the field, but this is only possible by focusing on the person off the pitch. It is important to us to create relationships of trust with our players which should go beyond a player and coach relationship only.
How We Define Success
Success to us is not necessarily winning games, it is the willingness to improve on a daily basis, to be competitive, and to develop players within our game model. We looking to improve our players to be able to take on any team, home or away, and play our style. The better we play, the more we dominate games through our structure, the higher the chances will be to win.
Fox Soccer Academy was started in 2014 by English Premier League winner and current Charlotte FC (MLS) assistant coach, Christian Fuchs.
Christian has played over 500 professional games across the Austrian and German Bundesliga, Premier League, MLS, Champions League and Europa League spanning over more than 19 seasons. He also captained and played 78 games for the Austrian National Team, which include UEFA EUROS and FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
Christian created Fox Soccer Academy to provide youth soccer players the opportunity to develop their game through a world class Premier League Curriculum with UEFA/USSF licensed coaches. The idea came from his own experience at the youth level, after being rejected by Austrian academies himself. He decided to do additional training to help him achieve his dream of playing professionally in the top flight.
His dedication to extra trainings is what helped him achieve his dream. In 2016, he won the English Premier League with Leicester City FC, as the starting left-back. Christian wants to help the next generation of players reach for their goals.
FSA offers soccer players the opportunity to develop their game year-round. The program is for boys and girls, ages 3 to 19. It is intended solely for competitive and elite travel level soccer players, as our Premier League Curriculum is specifically designed to teach players the European method.
