Fox Soccer Showcase participants Denzel Akyeampong and Dominic Fisher have travelled to Copenhagen, Denmark to trial with 2.Division club AB Fodbold.
After showing a great performance at our 2022 International Showcase, both players have been scouted by AB Fodbold club and invited to a 10-day-trial with the Danish side.
The duo has settled into their new surrounding and will spend the next few days performance testing with the professional club before upcoming games.
We caught up with Denzel Akyeampong after his first day at the club.
“It was a great first session, I was really impressed with the facilities and the intensity in training. I had a good chat with some players and the management team at the club and I’m looking forward to showing them my ability."

AB Fodbold currently sits third in their division after returning from the winter break with just 1 point separating the top 3 teams. The club is planning for a big push during the second half of the season to gain promotion back to the first Division.
