Adam was born and raised in Birmingham, England, and recently coached at Charlotte Independence Academy.

• FA (England) Badge Level 1 & 2, FA Level 1 & 2 Goalkeeping Certification, and completion of the A1 Assessors License

• West Ham United Academy Diploma certificate

• West Ham United International Academy coach 2014- 2022

• Degree in Sports Coaching - Derby University

• Derby County FC Academy coach

• Wolverhampton Wanderers FC Scout
