Clem comes to FSA with over 30 years of coaching experience, covering every possible developmental level of the sport. Clem has displayed consistent success in player growth and development. His skill set and commitment are further supported by over 12 coaching-based Licenses and certifications centered around true care to constant player development.
Clem has a proven track record of working with many high-level players in their development years that have progressed through the US Youth National player pools. His education and experience have created forensic attention to detail supported by working in environments alongside elite sports scientists, soccer instructors, and game educators.
