We are happy to announce another addition to our Fox Soccer Academy coaching staff. Adam Lloyd, Warwick resident and former Red Bull New York academy coach is joining our team and will be head coach at our Warwick location at Hudson Sports Complex.
Adam Lloyd played his school ball for local Warwick Valley High School where he was a four year starter, 2x all county, state and region selection. He left WVHS as its all time leading scorer and points leader.
Adam was also a 2x all american (800m) on Warwick's prestigious track program and led Warwick soccer to a #4 state ranking, the highest WVHS had been ranked up until that time.
In high school he played his club soccer for Ramapo Valley where he was a four year captain and three year leading scorer followed by a spell at Rutgers University where he was a four year starter, Philips Adidas Classic all tournament team member (2005) and was nominated for the all Big East Honorable Mention selection (2007)
After graduating from Rutgers University with a major in Sociology Adam played for New Jersey Ironmen in America's Professional Indoor League and later for the New Jersey Rangers in USA's Player Development League.
Since then coaching became his passion and did so at St. Thomas Aquinas College (2013-2015) and Cedar Stars Academy (2015-2018) where he led his 2007 boys as club Head Coach to a state championship. Last year Adam was selected to coach with Red Bull Youth Academy where he led his u-10 boys to an undefeated season in the WYSL.
Adam's coaching philosophy is high tempo, high pressure, and quick passing and decision making. He is eager to be able to give back to his local community by sharing his passion of the game with the local youth that were much like him not so long ago.
